Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is the latest installment of the Monster Hunter series, and it adds three new monsters to its roster. The new creatures include the Silver Rathalos, the Seething Bazelguese, and the Malzeno. Let’s take a closer look at these new monsters and how they differ from their brethren.
The Silver Rathalos is one of the many new monsters in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. It is available to players at Master Rank 10, after completing the Raining Fire Urgent Quest. You can find this monster in the Forlorn Arena. If you stick to its legs, it will attack you with its claws. This attack does moderate damage and knocks you back. It will also release three fire blasts in succession.
When fighting Silver Rathalos, make sure to use your sharpest weapons and a high-damaging weapon. This monster’s neck and head have a high resistance, but it can be prone to being hit by weapons. Also, remember to use Flash Bombs if you want to capture it, as it will fall to the ground and drop items. Be careful though; it does not stay down very long.
When the scales of a Seething Bazelgeuse glow brightly, it enters the Seething state of the game. This allows this monster to use more powerful and deadly attacks. To counter this, you should attack the glowing parts of the monster with a ranged weapon. However, if you use melee weapons, you run the risk of getting hit by the scales as they explode.
As a Large Monster in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the Seething Bazelgueuse is an extremely dangerous monster. Its scales glow pale blue and its attacks are incredibly damaging. Its scales are also blisteringly hot, causing it to scorch the earth.
In addition to these new monsters, the expansion will also feature new locations and story content. A recent trailer confirmed that the game will see the return of the infamous Seething Bazelgeuse from Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Its attack range is quite wide, which means you need to be careful.
Malzeno is a great Elder Dragon and is an extremely difficult enemy to deal with in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. This dragon has immense strength and agility, and can drain the life of its opponents. He can be found in the new Citadel area, as well as in Shrine Ruins and Lava Caverns. Due to his powerful physical attacks, Malzeno is difficult to avoid, but there are certain tips that you can follow to make your battles with this dragon less difficult.
Malzeno’s attacks are varied and use both his arms and tail to deal damage. He will sometimes slam down with a powerful thrust, while occasionally he will shoot red energy balls. He also uses his wings to fire a ball of energy, although it is rare for him to do this.
